Individual Sessions in a Group or 1:1 Session with Sarah A’ryana & Gry Ravn
These sessions are for the Souls who are ready to release energetic infiltration and align deeply with their Soul Mission and Purpose.
In each Live Zoom session, Sarah A’ryana & Gry Ravn work together to clear your energy field through energetic surgery and to realign you with your Soul Mission. You’ll also receive personal insights and guidance during the session.
In Ancient times, healers worked together in pairs. Sarah A’ryana and Gry Ravn are devoted to serving the individuals who want to fully step into their Soul Mission and Energy work. Together, they offer a powerful transmission of clearing, alignment, and activation.
After a Group or 1:1 session, you can continue working with Sarah and Gry in the Circle of Support or the Soul Mission Training Program.

Once you book, you’ll be placed in a small group of four participants.
There is always a deeper reason behind who shows up together – we consistently witness how much the group dynamic enhances the healing for everyone.
In the group sessions, Sarah and Gry perform energetic surgery on each participant one at a time, while the others hold space and receive collective benefits.
Every person receives personal healing and guidance – and the shared energy deepens the transmission.

This is a deep, personalized session with both Sarah and Gry.
We begin with a body scan, followed by energetic clearing, energy surgery, and alignment. Your only task is to relax, breathe, and receive.

what to expect
When Booking your Session
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email. Eat lightly and minimize or avoid caffeine before your session. No alcohol or recreational drugs 24 hours prior. Please be ready 5 minutes before the session begins. If you are late, your appointment will be cancelled without a refund.
During the Session
Whether you choose a group or a 1:1 setting, Sarah and Gry work in a deeply attuned, intuitive way to clear energetic blocks and support your alignment with your Soul Mission.
After the Session
These sessions create deep energetic shifts. Be prepared to feel different – you may experience fatigue, emotional release, or a surge of vitality. Some feel deeply expanded, others need to rest and ground.
Give yourself space to integrate: drink plenty of water, eat nourishing food, and spend time in nature. Trust your body’s response and allow it to guide you. The energy continues to unfold in the days that follow.
